The challenge we are all facing in our local communities – and in the nation and world as a whole – are beyond anything we’ve experienced in our lifetime. Our priority is the safety of our customers, employees and partners. With each day changing by the hour, we want to let you know that we remain steadfast in helping keep your vehicles safe and on the road, and our doors will remain open at this point but with only essential staff required to perform the necessary work, all while using extreme caution when interacting with customers & employees.

GMG is closely monitoring current conditions and taking necessary steps to continue delivering top-notch service while keeping a high level of safety and cleanliness to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Our online store is up and running as well as our shipping and warehouse operations, but on a limited basis.  Shipping and warehouse staff are constantly making sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to. We are taking steps to keep you and our staff safe during appointment drop off and pick up. We are offering a contactless drop-off and pickup to maintain appropriate social distancing. When you schedule your vehicle for repair or service, we can flatbed your vehicle from your home and deliver it back to you after service. Another option is our No-Contact Curbside Drop Off. Call us when you arrive and we will coordinate leaving your car & keys. We’ll do a visual inspection of the vehicle and email your quote and condition of vehicle upon drop-off. There’s no need to come inside – and we’ll simply repeat the procedure when you pick up the vehicle. Our mechanics are taking the utmost time and care in handling your car and using every precaution to maintain a clean and safe work environment. We are running a streamline crew for just essential service work to minimize the amount of people on site. Shop hours of operation will continue to stay the same, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, however it will be restricted to staff only. We will continue to do our utmost to serve our customers and partners to the highest delivery standard possible, throughout this entire period.  We are all in this together, let’s hope and pray for better days ahead.
